Terms of use

Version 2026-10-15. These terms apply to everyone who uploads music to Fahrstuhlmusik.

1. What this is

Fahrstuhlmusik is a private, free hobby project showing music made with artificial intelligence — mainly with the Manuwave Studio program. Every track is labelled “AI-generated”. There is no right to publication, availability or placement.

2. Who may upload

People aged 16 or older with a valid e-mail address. Every upload is confirmed by e-mail and then reviewed by the operator before it goes public.

3. What you confirm

4. What you allow us

You grant the operator a non-exclusive, free, revocable at any time right to make the track with cover, title and lyrics available for listening on this site and to process it technically (MP3 conversion, loudness matching, cover cropping). It is not passed on, sold or used to train AI models.

5. Withdrawal

Every e-mail from us contains a link that withdraws your tracks immediately; files and e-mail address are deleted.

6. Review, removal, statement of reasons

The operator decides freely on approval. If a track is rejected or removed, you receive a statement of reasons by e-mail (Art. 17 DSA) and may object at fahrstuhlmusik@maro-datacenter.de.

7. Notices of illegal content

Via Report content or by e-mail (Art. 16 DSA).

8. For listeners

The music is meant for listening on this site. If you want to use it elsewhere (videos, shops, events), please ask first at fahrstuhlmusik@maro-datacenter.de.

Order and voting: tracks are sorted by their number of ♥ votes, newest first on a tie. Each browser has one vote per track, which can be taken back. Buying votes, casting them automatically or manipulating them in any other way is not allowed; the operator may remove suspicious votes. No particular position is promised.

Sing-along lyrics: the times at which a line is highlighted are determined automatically or estimated and may be off.

9. Liability

The operator is liable only for intent and gross negligence and as required by mandatory law. Whoever uploaded a track is liable for infringements in it.

10. Changes and law

Published tracks remain under the version you accepted until you accept a new one or withdraw the track. German law applies.
